✨ Speeding up QFS! ✨

This is a short newsletter mainly to share my new Free Audio for QFS and Sovereignty, but I've also briefly chatted about the intense energies because it is hard going right now with the energies being so intense, and I feel it helps to know you're not alone and this is not you but collective.
Speeding up QFS!

Intense Energies
The energies are very intense right now, attacks are insane for some and the solar activity has been so intense the whole of this year pretty much. The astrology for February is also super intense!
- Saturn moves into Aries on 13th / 14th February.
- Solar eclipse and start of the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse on 17th February
- Saturn & Neptune exact conjunct 20th February at 0 degrees Aries
So the intensity is not going to ease up! I find flowing Pure Stillness really works to maintain a stable high frequency and stay above the chaos and crazy that is going on in the world and energetically.
Do keep floating above the crazy, I do have an audio for this, and now feels like a time when this audio is most needed!

✨ Forgiveness & Ascension ✨

Those of you who have followed my newsletters and work for years will have heard me share about forgiveness many times. The current level of preaching, almost to the point of control and dictating, has spark my soul to share about this again, but relating it to ascension and the time line split that is in progression right now.
Time Line Splits
I started to share about the split between Light and dark around ten years ago, and published my book Awaken in 2016, about the frequency and energetics of this split. I highly recommend that you read or reread my book Awaken to fully understand what we are living through right now it terms of frequency and what will assist you to align with ascension and what will drag down your frequency and work against ascension. As we are currently living this shift to Light, or not for some, then this knowledge is really important.

In brief, to ascend we need to release, let go and transmute the darkest and heaviest frequencies and fill with Pure frequencies to float and ascend our energy up. Dark and low energies such as trauma, guilt, fear and matrix beliefs act like anchors keeping your energy down, just as an anchor on a boat stops the boat from moving. To ascend we need to lift the anchor to rise up. How much low energy needs to be released will differ from person to person.
Filling and feeling Pure Stillness as often as possible is stabilising your energy above the lower frequencies.
Hidden Rituals in Words & Practices
The dark ones have had the knowledge of how energy and frequency works and done their best to hide this from us so that they could control us. They have known that if they violate Natural Law and free choice that they will incur karma. As they have wanted to control us, which is a violation of Natural Law, they have needed to find ways to escape getting the karma that accrue from doing this.
The dark have done many hidden rituals on words and practices, which we think have one meaning but the hidden rituals makes it mean something else. The dark don't play nice, they have existed on trickery, cloaking and doing the despicable.
One of these hidden rituals is with forgiveness, which is widely taught and preached by religion, new age and spiritual groups.
Forgiveness - True Meaning
The reason why people genuinely find forgiveness so hard is because your soul feels the hidden ritual and repels it!
Instead of taking notice of that feeling, people listen to the preachings and gurus and ignore their own soul, literally screaming at them 'no, this is wrong, don't do it!'
The hidden ritual in forgiveness is a contract where you agree to take on the karma of the perpetrator, (possibly in some cases the karma of others as well, such as a whole coven or cult.)
When you forgive someone you are entering into a hidden contract to take on their karma. You have no idea how much karma this includes, how many lifetimes of karma is hidden in this contract, and really not something you would knowingly choose to do!
Now, right as we are living through the time line split, is the worst time possible to be agreeing to take on other people's karma and it seems that it is the time when this preaching is reaching an all time high, because those with truck loads of karma are wanting to off load it to someone else so they're not only living it, but descending timelines from it.
Truth
I know so many religious leaders, spiritual leaders and gurus preach forgiveness, and so others have jumped on this band wagon so now nearly everyone with a public platform, tarot readers, astrologers, you name it, are all preaching forgiveness, but that does not mean it's right!
In the coming weeks and months it will become very evident that many of these religious leaders, spiritual leaders and gurus are satanists, in dark cults doing very dark deeds. We have already seen this unfold with John of God, NXIVM years ago, lots more is coming.
There are two reason why these people and others preach forgiveness and other dark hidden rituals. Either they know and are intentionally doing it to escape their karma, or they are just copying what others do, not deeply discerning on it before preaching it to others.
Free Choice
What you choose to do with this information is totally up to you, but I value your free choice, and without knowing the truth you have no free choice, you are being manipulated and mind programmed.
Many years ago, my soul repelled forgiveness so strongly that I could not do it. I discerned literally hundreds of times on whether it was good and I should do it or not, and the answer was always the same, that forgiveness is not good and I should not do it. At that time I did not know about the hidden ritual. It took a lot of trust in what I was feeling to follow my intuition and not what others were preaching. It was years later that I had a big ah ha moment as to why my soul repelled it so strongly and then it made so much sense.
I recommend that you ask yourself these questions:
- Does it feel good to forgive?
- Is it easy to do?
- Is it something that you genuinely want to do?
- Is your soul screaming no?
If something is from Pure Creation, a high Pure frequency then it feels good. Anything that feels bad is not from Pure Creation.
Any hidden contracts you've entered into need to be revoked - I revoke all hidden contracts that I have unknowingly entered into.

✨ Big Change - Neptune in Aries Today! ✨

Neptune move into Aries Today!
Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011. It briefly moved into Aries 30 March 2025 - 22 October 2025 but then retrograded back into Pisces. This time Neptune is staying in Aries until 2039!
Neptune is a slow moving big planet that spends around 14 years in a zodiac sign and 165 years to complete the whole zodiac wheel, so we have never experienced Neptune in Aries before, other than the brief time from March - October 2025.
Personally I am very excited about this change in transit, because on watching several astrology videos on this transit and what Neptune in Pisces brought, I think this is a much needed shift that we all need!
Neptune in Pisces
Neptune rules Pisces so you would think that Neptune being in Pisces would be a great experience, but . . . on the world stage we have had the delusional aspect of Neptune massively amplified to the point of totally ridiculous. I mean go back 20 odd years and what would people have said and thought about all the shenanigans of the Pandemic, and I thought that was bad, but then we've had the whole transgender, multi-gender thing going on as well, with people believing that there are more than two sexes, or that they identify as being a cat or a dog. 👀 What has been even worse is the people going along with it! How insane has life got that those speaking logical, in your face truth, such as there are only two sexes, get attacked and tried to be made to be wrong!
We have lived through so much fake, fake accounts, catfishing, copying and lack of authenticity and morals. This has reached a point of no more, time to reverse it all and quickly!
The level of delusions that we have lived through, most noticeably since 2020 has been insane and I am all for a big change that says out with the delusions and in with common sense! - Enter Neptune into Aries!
Neptune in Aries
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac so we are starting a brand new cycle and this is what we have been wanting for years with the Golden Age, and now (goose bumps) it's time for that Golden Age to be actively, with fire and passion, brought into our physical reality.
I can feel the fire energy coming back in! The last couple of months have been slow, lethargic and hard going. I think we have all felt this, when Neptune retrograded back into Pisces end October through to now. We all could do with a blast of Aries springtime energy, and this is what we are going to be receiving, and it's going to last for 13 years! Yay!!!
Aries is direct, honest, authentic. motivated and passionate. Being a fire sign, Aries can be all action and passion, jump first and think later!
This might sound somewhat freaky and maybe irresponsible to some, but Aries energy learns through experience. If it's not quite right then it gets changed. Aries is not about perfection at all, and all about doing, experiencing, having fun learning through doing and changing and adapting as needed.
This is the energy that we are going to be living in for the next 13 years. You don't have to be perfect, just give it a go and see what happens, and make changes if you need to.
Let's use learning to paddle board as an example. Most people will accept that if they want to learn to paddle board then they're most likely going to fall off, and that is part of the process and the fun! You have to get on the board and experience how it feels, balancing, using your paddle etc to learn and improve.
This is Aries energy, jump on the project, do it, feel it, enjoy it and adjust as you go. Perfection isn't considered, it's about changing as you keep doing and experiencing.
If we now think of the world transforming into 4D living then we do need a lot of action. Buildings need to be more community centred, and eco friendly. Everything needs changing, new designs, eco materials, designed around enjoyable living rather than rat raced living. This Aries in Neptune is just the energy that the world needs to create a whole new way of living, building, working, playing and enjoying life together in caring communities.
I feel that we are definitely moving into a new era of heart and soul led living, where authenticity and Divine purpose is valued over fake and control, and this feels amazing.
I do hope that you're feeling the positive, vibrant, active energies of this Aries energy, which I am feeling already, even though there's a few more hours before Neptune does move into Aries, The first few degrees of Aries are the most potent for new starts so do make the most of this passionate energy when it comes in!
Having said all that, that doesn't mean you can't rest! More action does mean you get tired and rest is still needed, so take action, rest when needed and then take more action!
