Audio Listening Advice

Advice for All Audios

Please start slowly and listen just once then wait 24 hours before listening again. 

I know you are excited to have your new audio or audios, and really want to get going and play them lots straight away, and this is great, but please do be aware that energies are releasing and leaving as you listen.

If you listen too much before your energy has adjusted to the energy work then you may feel releasing / detox symptoms until the energy clears. If this happens then please play your Clearing Audio until the energy clears, drink lots of water, fresh air can help, sometimes moving around to move the enrgy out, but you may feel very tired and sleepy, so if this happens then let yourself have more rest and sleep as your body processes the higher frequencies coming in and the lower ones leaving. 

Your Quantum Ascend Clearing & Floating Audio can be played on loop if you have overdone the audios, and listening through headphones for a while will help to clear the energy quicker. 

All my audios will work on silent or low volume.

Listening through headphones is more powerful.

Please do not listen when driving or needing your full focus.

These audios usually cause drowsiness, extreme tiredness, light headed and wanting to fall asleep.

Looping my Audios

Once you are used to your new audio and have played it many times a day, you can start to loop it you would like to.  

I recommend that you loop in short sessions to start with, just 30 - 60 mins and extend the time of looping gradually.  

Only loop overnight once you are used to playing the audio on loop for extended periods. 

More specific information can be found below for each audio category.

Level 1 - Filling Series - Current Life / Energy

If you are new to my energy work, please do start slowly and cautiously as you adjust to the power in my audios and energy work. 

Once you have played a Filling Audio a few times and feel clear afterwards, you can increase how much you play the audio and eventually you can play the audio on loop if you would like an intense filling session. 

These audios can be played on their own, but also will enhance any Level 4 and Level 5 audios if you want to play them before and after in a playlist. 

Level 2 - Quantum Filling Series - Past, Present, Future Energy

These Quantum Filling audios are working deeply on the quantum level through all your lives, past, present and future so I do recommend that you start slowly and increase how much you listen to them in stages so that you don't overload your body and energy.

You can play these audios on their own and before and after higher level audios for extra filling after the deleting and transmuting energy work in audio sets 1, 2 and 3.

Level 3 - Quantum Ascend - Current Life / Energy

These audios work very deep and are profoundly powerful, so an extra warning to start slowly! The title sounds like they are a filling audio, but they are working so deep that they are more like a releasing audio, clearing out lower energies so that your energy can ascend.

As these audios have a releasing effect, and is working on the quantum level, I recommend starting very slowly with them, even if you are used to my energy work and have looped my older audios in the past, these do have a quiet punch to them!

Level 4 - Quantum Delete & Transmute Audio 1 - Current Life / Energy

The Quantum Ascend three audio set audios are very powerful and are releasing on a very deep level.

Please start by listening only once for the first day and wait 24 hours for the energy to process before listening again. You may feel great, uplifted and super charged right after listening, but then a few hours later the energies start to release, and if you've listened multiple times then that is a lot of energy to process before you have adjusted to it!

Do build up your listening slowly.

You can loop these audios once you are used to the power and the amount of energy leaving is less each time you listen.

When you can loop these audios without feeling releasing energies, you are ready to move onto Audio 2!

Level 5 - Quantum Delete & Transmute Audio 2 - Future Energy

My advice for audio 2 is the same as audio 1, but please remember that audio 2 is working on your future energy as well as your current energy, and also includes all hidden and cloaked energies, and this can be a can of worms!

I have been astounded by how much energy releases when including the hidden and cloaked energies, so please do be advised to take it slowly!

Level 5 - Quantum Delete & Transmute Audio 3 - Past Energy

The same advice applies for audio 3 as for audio 2, noting that audio 3 is working through all past lives, existences, realities, the lot and is a 'catch it all' audio, so the range of energy being worked on in this audio is huge!
