Cutting Ties, Bonds & Energetic Cords

Every time we connect to someone, either in person, digitally or through thoughts, an energetic bond is created. This works both ways, so people thinking about you or viewing your digital presence are making energetic bonds with you, even though you may not know any of these people.

Collecting thousands of energetic ties, bonds and cords over the years is like carrying a heavier and heavier rucksack on your back! We need to cut these ties, bonds and cords regularly to release this weight and energetic connect to others. 

Cutting cords is only cutting any low energy and is not cutting love and good emotions and memories.
