There is so much mind and matrix programming that we are affected with from birth that it has become normal and usual for us.

Some of the programming we know is programming and is unwanted, such as lack and struggle, but other mind programming is not so obvious, and some of it is so well hidden in what we hear from the TV, media, radio and read in books, that we don't know that there is mind programming in it.

There is also a lot of hidden mind programming in religious and New Age teachings and many people are unaware that there is mind programming deep within some of these teachings.
