I've felt for years that insects have been spying on me, yep I said it would sound insane! More recently when listening to tarots readings, monitoring spirits has come up a lot, and these are invisible spirits that are sent to psychically spy on you, however they can also be visible as an insect, bird, animal or some other object that the monitoring spirit or Djinn has shape shifted into. 

On reading this you might instantly have an Ah ha moment and know that this has or is going on with you or you might become aware of it in the future as something that is going on. 

It is very hard to be free of attacks when these spirits are spying on us, to know what we are and aren't doing and shapeshifting into different things to freak us and cause fear. 

I wanted to stop this happening to me, after realising that I wasn't imagining things appearing to spy and freak me out, but that it was actual spiritual warfare in a very disguised way, so much so that if you talked about it to any non spiritual person they would think that you're crazy!

I created this audio for myself and have been playing it on loop for some time and it has stopped this issue for me, which I'm very, very pleased about! So much so that I felt I needed to share the audio here for anyone else who is having issues with this.
